The law of attraction is simple. The concept of the law is ask, believe, and receive. Our minds are conditioned to believe certain things from a young age, which is why a lot of us struggle with changing our beliefs, especially with money. Being in vibrational alignment with your desire is crucial because that is what manifests into your life. Your focus sends energy to your desire, and our feelings are a result of what you are focused on. As Tony Robbins often says, “Energy flows where attention goes.”
So the question is…
To be a vibrational alignment, does that mean we have to be happy all the time?
If your goal is to be a millionaire, then you wouldn’t have fears surrounding spending money, feelings of unworthiness when receiving money, feelings of desperation to make more money or doubts that would be able to pay the bills. That would be the opposite vibration – poverty, anxiety, and lack.
The law of attraction goes hand in hand with the law of vibration. According to the law of vibration, every emotion has its own frequency. To move from a low vibrational state (sadness, anger, despair) to a higher vibrational state (confidence, serene, abundance, love) one must practice getting into that state, through self-care, meditation, exercise, and more.
Happiness is a by-product of a state.
The goal is to hit 1 million dollars, not to be happy. Happiness is a side effect of living a fulfilling life, so the work here should be focused on embodying the energy of wealth. Being wealthy consists of feelings of expansiveness, freedom, and success. These are the mental states to get into while combining your affirmations.
According to quantum physics, manifestation is always happening, even when you’re asleep. The subconscious mind is always awake even when the conscious mind is asleep.

Manifestation is not only activated once you feel happy. Even though we would be happy when we first get the desire, it is not natural to constantly feel happy. If it has been a month since you got what you wanted, you would be content with having it, but you wouldn’t be constantly feeling happy. As human beings, we go through a wave of emotions each day. We are allowed to experience each emotion to an extent. Any emotion that is constantly felt becomes unhealthy and obsessive. Our bodies naturally respond to thoughts and situations. Forcing positivity is not natural and it becomes toxic at some point. It puts people under the pressure of having to be happy and not allowing themselves to be human. Resisting negative emotions makes them persist, so acknowledge them to let them go. From there, it becomes easier to move to a higher vibration.
